Yes, they must meet higher income and credit requirements (typically 4-5 times rent and a 700+ credit score).

Subletting is generally not allowed. All roommates must apply and be approved.

Yes, with liability coverage of at least $200,000.

Utilities are not included. The price(s) are as follows: 

  • Electricity - Based on Usage (Electric service opt-out available) 
  • Water & Trash - $18+/ Month
  • Sewer - $20/Month
  • Utility Service Fee - $10.99 / Month (May vary based on zone)

Yes, we allow cats and dogs.  Other animals, such as aquatic animals, require Leasing Office approval.
